No! I don't trust him after the way he talked to my daughter
Our experience was terrible, to put it nicely. It took nearly a month to merely recieve a call to schedule. They were able to get us in right away, thankfully to a cancellation. However, they called later that night to change the specialist my daughter was to see and the date. Fine. I was able to make it work with my schedule. Have tried for almost a year to get my son in. The staff insists my doctor has not faxed the referral but they have confirmed the fax has gone through and even spoke with the staff on the phone. The staff is rude and abrupt and they do not care that my child is bleeding from his rectum. Honestly I think they’re horrible and have no interest in helping families at all.
They have messages up my kids medicine twice then nobody could get a hold of his office or any people that work with him for questions on medication after noon on Friday they even dint do endoscopy to her because medicine was wrong seriously need to work better and have a better idea of there patience.
Their office staff is horrible. Each time I called to ask a question they NEVER answered the phone. I would NOT recommend anyone to there!!!
