Had to ask questions in order to understand what exactly is going on and wouldn't have been clear on how or what to do to make it better. Then was clear if I didn't do what they said I would end up back in hospital and that outcome might not be enough for bettering my heart. I think it would have been better for the doctor to be there instead of the nurse practitioner.
