Taking your child to the ED is stressful enough but then to have such a rude doctor left me in tears. Unfortunately, it’s the closest pediatric ED. If I could pick the ED physician, it would definitely not be Dr Zahra.
Education can open doors, but it doesn’t teach class or manners—those come from character, not credentials. I have never encountered someone as rude and unprofessional as “Dr.” Zahra. I would never trust my life to someone in the medical field who prioritizes money over care. If you’re dealing with personal misery, it should be handled outside of your professional practice not projected onto patients.
