Saw Dr. Zahner 5 months ago for a potential basil cell carcinoma on my nose. My GP & oncologist suspected cancer. Dr. Zahner diagnosed this as pre-cancerous cells, with treatment to 'freeze it'. The 'freezing' did nothing (the mole remained). After visiting another dermatologist, who immediately did a biopsy, and found basil cell carcinoma, I had Mohs surgery, where they found squamous cancer also. I have a large wound on my nose which is deep probably due to the delay in diagnosis.
Dr. Zahner is a great doctor. She takes time to focus on you and your questions.
