I am grateful for the integrity and knowledge that Greg brought when diagnosing our frozen ac unit. We were ready to replace the entire HVAC system based on dishonest information we were given by a big name company. Fortunately, I decided to get a second opinion from Greg Zaher .He took his time, examined the unit, and explained that the valves were not stripped — they simply required a standard tool that any HVAC technician, including Pronto, should have. He replaced the filters, added coolant, and charged a fair price.
Greg, Corey, Brandon, and team are the absolute best. Always so responsive and do amazing work! We are so appreciative of everything they do for our families’ homes.
