I lived in one of Zahlco's studio apartments in the Mt. Vernon area. Overall, my apartment was a fantastic place to live and I would highly recommend it to local students and young professionals looking for a clean and modern apartment with a more hands-off (but still prompt and professional) type of management. Poor management, doesn't listen to tenants and misinformation abounds. Do better.
Bought grad school student housing in the middle of the year and then took away all but one of our study rooms and have started loud construction. They are clearly money hungry and don't care about students or their needs.
