500w is not ready for people to move in Rooms are entirely unclean, molded bathrooms, and showers clogged with no cold water, fallen apart cabinets boogers on toilet seat white stains on the couch just to name a few, impossible to get a hold of the leasing manager because she’s so busy. I feel bad for her. There’s also construction being done everywhere.
Terrible management, terrible building in The Congress. Everything from ground up poorly managed
Worst landlords. Elevator has been down NINE times in the past two months. Management keeps saying it’s fixed and then it shuts down later in the day. This cycle of gaslighting and lie has happened countless times. We’ve had MOLD IN OUR HVAC ROOM FOR MONTHS and zhalco keeps saying they’ll fix it, but never sends anyone to clean the hvac room. Hell I’m sure as hell not going to do it. Windows don’t fit where they’re supposed to. Dishwasher didn’t even fit correctly. Everything set up in the Congress is a joke and you can tell... read more
