We previously rented multiple units from Zahlco throughout the years. The communication from them has always been open and honest. They are quick to respond to issues and always seem to take concerns seriously for improvements. I would recommend them to any renter.
500w is not ready for people to move in Rooms are entirely unclean, molded bathrooms, and showers clogged with no cold water, fallen apart cabinets boogers on toilet seat white stains on the couch just to name a few, impossible to get a hold of the leasing manager because she’s so busy. I feel bad for her. There’s also construction being done everywhere.
