What a bad practicioner he is. I went trusting he could at least help me and send me for a few hormonal tests, he refused. He's tremendously biased and full of prejudice against people. He blamed all my symptoms to depression and told me I should talk to my therapist. Mind you I do not have a history of mental issues, nor depression nor anxiety. Dr. Zahedi and Dr. Perez is absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. However, their receptionist, whom I believe is named Rose, was incredibly unprofessional and rude. When I arrived, the office was completely empty, yet she already had an attitude as if I was inconveniencing her. I explained that I had new insurance, but instead of listening, she kept cutting me off and dismissively told me to "hold on." The secretaries are so rude I'm waiting for more than 1.5 hours and they have a bad attitude I don't know why they give you an appointment and they make you wait more than hours
The doctor himself is fine, but his practice and the staff are extremely unprofessional. They cancel appointments without any notice, and you can call multiple times about an issue with no resolution—it’s as if no one communicates with each other. The front desk staff is particularly disappointing; one of them was on the phone with a friend, openly complaining about the patients sitting right in front of her. He is amazing. Extremely kind and caring. I recommend Dr. Zahedi without hesitation. He is an excellent doctor.
