When I first started seeing Zahava, I had been dealing with lower back pain for many years. I was also tense and stiff all around (like a "brick") As therapy with Zahava progressed, I had far less pain, much more movement, better posture and in general, greater ease of mobility. I've recommended her to many others and I still continue periodic treatments for maintenance or any other issues that come up.
Zahava has been treating me for chronic hip and leg pain, on a weekly basis. Her Feldenkrais therapy keeps me walking and functioning. I find her to be attentive, skillful, and compassionate. She is a very healing person.
Zahava is a dedicated , knowledgeable, effective and intuitive physical therapist. She has helped both me and my daughter with various issues over the years. I Strongly recommend her.

Zahava Wilson is a highly trained and very skilled Feldenkrais Practitioner and Physical Therapist. I have worked with her many times and every time she has a natural ability to find the cause of whatever injury is presented.
