Hi, I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit. I arrived at 9:40 and finished around 12:50, and while the service was about 60% improved, I’m not satisfied with the final result. I specifically requested shoulder-length twists with curls, but my hair is much shorter and does not reflect what I asked for. It honestly looks like something I could have done myself. I have locs and have a hard time finding stylist to do different styles over them, but not for Zahara. Staff is extremely sweet and accommodating. They took their time explaining and making sure i liked the style before proceeding. Nice, clean environment. Will definitely come again.

Didn’t expect to get my hair done when I walked in to ask for a take down, but ended up getting my hair DID HONEY!!! I really appreciate the education along the way that they given me alone the way. It was just about making money but also helping me to know what I should do moving forward to achieve healthy hair care. I will be bringing my family back here. You will love the experience and the building is beautiful and inviting. Blessing to the braiders here

Great job on my daughter’s braids. Horrible job on the wash for my retwist. She left so much shampoo and conditioner in my hair. A rewash was mandatory which erased all of the hard work the other sweet lady performed. Definitely a braiding spot only. Response: I didn’t t get braids. Pricing wasn’t an issue. The excessive amount of shampoo and conditioner left behind in my locs were.
