ZAG was fine when I first moved in, but the management changed when I had about 4 months left in my 18mo lease, right around rent renewal time. They refused to negotiate my lease renewal, sighting "market rates" for giving me a $100+/month rent increase. Expect to lose at least $100 of your security deposit to "standard move-out expenses" such as carpet cleaning and a OPPD transfer fee (even though I already paid a separate transfer fee with my individual OPPD account).
