We stopped by Zafiro Permanent Jewelry in Fort Worth and had a great experience. The shop was nice, clean, and had a welcoming atmosphere. My girlfriend got a bracelet put on, and she absolutely loves it. Abby was the one who helped us, and she was fantastic. She was patient, friendly, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I worked with Karina a while back to make a custom engagement with my own loose stone that I brought in, and she did an amazing job bringing my wishes to life. She kept me updated throughout the whole process and my ring turned out absolutely beautiful! My ring is still looking perfect months later and hasn’t had any issues.
