Very friendly and accommodating for a last minute appointment. The owner is lovely and very knowledgeable about her products. I got the permanent bracelets. She wears her products and can attest to their quality and durability first had as she has been wearing her permanent pieces for several years and they look great. I'm very happy with my choice to use this jeweler. I will be returning for additional pieces.
