Max of Zafferano Catering is an amazing chef! All of the recipes and dishes he makes are really delicious and high quality! During this "stay at home" time, we ordered lasagna, parmigiana (which is an eggplant lasagna dish), and stuffed chicken rolls with mushroom sauce. Great to have Zafferano back in town. Used them during covid. Only issue was trying to figure out that you had to go to Door Dash in order to see the Zafferano delivery menu. Others had the same issue.
I attended a cooking class conducted by Max Farina of Zafferano Catering. What a fun experience! Max did a great job of sharing the history of the dishes we made, showed us some great tips, fed us a wonderful meal and was an all around gracious host. I've also attended larger dinners catered by his team that were delicious and well presented. I highly recommend Max and his team for your event, large or small.
