I had major surgery I had hip replacement on March 2nd I've had an yeast infection for 5 days I have been waiting here since Friday of last week with this yeast infection for medication I've called my surgeon they said it was my PCM responsibility I have called my PCM for 5 days straight and no help I've been on hold for 30 minutes at the time with my PCM office it's sad. This review is to acknowledge the value of Dr Hussian's employee on the phone. It has been a trying time to secure care for my mother. Unfortunately , I am totally relying on long distance communication to meet the required documentation with the veterans Administration and Bay County Council on Aging for seniors. This doctor isn't reliable for calls or referrals
I hope I don’t spell her name horribly wrong but I adore Claricka in the front office. She is super nice and very professional. Wish more people conducted themselves this way dealing with patients.
