I originally wrote a bad review because I got a mirror that did not work-a bad soldering job so the light didn't work. So I called the company and left a message. After only an hour I got a call back and they said they would send me another one. Well I just got the replacement one today and it works GREAT! I'm so pleased (and surprised!) how reasonable and great the support was. I'm now I'm a big fan of this company!
My wife loves her Zadro mirror. After couple years of using it, the on/off switch failed. I contacted the company through their email with very little expectation, and got response same day! We went through several questions the following several days, then I was informed they’re sending a whole new replacement mirror. This shows the value of American companies vs cheap products from Amazon.
They do not respond to emails!
Have tried for weeks to get a response from them regarding a problem with a very expensive makeup mirror. They don't respond to emails (as their voicemail recommend) nor messages left in their voicemail. Calling them is useless - every choice you make says to leave a voice mail which they never respond to. My suggestion - buy from someone else.
Do not buy these mirrors!!! They do not respond to emails when trying to replace light. When you finally figure that out it’s impossible to put the light and cover back on
