I purchased the zadro max110 makeup mirror awhile back (and these are not cheap, but the quality makes them worth it). Recently I dropped my mirror and it cracked. I was devastated and contacted support to see if I could purchase a replacement. These guys went well above and beyond in order to help me out!!! The quality is worth the price, the customer service is the icing on the cake!
I wouldn't purchase from this company again. I ordered a replacement bulb and it came defective. The return process is a pain and now I've paid for shipping twice... What's the point of the extra money they charge to protect your order if you still have to pay the return shipping, on a defective product (I'm not at fault here). Take some ownership. They will only respond to emails if it's convenient for them. How about responding to your paying customers.
Don’t waste your money. I ordered two and one quit working after a year. It worked great but burned out quickly. They have since sent me about 4 replacement, because none of them work. The bottom of them don’t heat leaving you with a half warmed towel. I’ve told them about it and to contact the manufacturer as they are selling a defective product, but they do nothing to fix it, so I now have been sent 4 that are defective! These units are not cheap, so find something else.
I do not recommend ordering anything from this company. I ordered a mirror which arrived poorly packaged in a thin padded envelope (no box) and was broken. I have tried contacting the company via phone, email, and online chat countless times and have had absolutely no response. I have filed a claim with UPS, so we'll see what happens next.
They sent me an email that the product shipped last week, UPS still shows they have not received the package yet. Ordered over a week ago and site states ships within 3 days. Have tried calling and emailing and received zero response.
