I've owned this SLVR model for over 5 years and just purchased a backup replacement bulb for it. I love this mirror and have never had any problems with it! The bulb is very easy to change. There's a video available that shows how to do it on their website. I ordered the bulb and received it quickly! I installed the new bulb in the mirror just to check that it worked and it did. I purchased the zadro max110 makeup mirror awhile back (and these are not cheap, but the quality makes them worth it). Recently I dropped my mirror and it cracked. I was devastated and contacted support to see if I could purchase a replacement. These guys went well above and beyond in order to help me out!!! The quality is worth the price, the customer service is the icing on the cake!

I wouldn't purchase from this company again. I ordered a replacement bulb and it came defective. The return process is a pain and now I've paid for shipping twice... What's the point of the extra money they charge to protect your order if you still have to pay the return shipping, on a defective product (I'm not at fault here). Take some ownership. They will only respond to emails if it's convenient for them. How about responding to your paying customers.

Don’t waste your money. I ordered two and one quit working after a year. It worked great but burned out quickly. They have since sent me about 4 replacement, because none of them work. The bottom of them don’t heat leaving you with a half warmed towel. I’ve told them about it and to contact the manufacturer as they are selling a defective product, but they do nothing to fix it, so I now have been sent 4 that are defective! These units are not cheap, so find something else.
