I just joined and had my first session today. Marylee couldn't have been more attentive and dedicated. I felt instantly at ease. Marylee knew exactly what exercises to do to straighten my back. Both Zac and Marylee made me feel part of their community and I look forward to working with them on my wellness journey.
Zac is an excellent trainer. He has really helped with my rehab of my sholder.
Great training one on one very personal skilled and cares about his clients
Nice, quiet place and everyone is very positive. I go for strength training. I see the results and I'm loving it. Would recommend to anyone.
