I got home after a long day of work to find out my AC was not working. On a Sunday and after 7pm I was super bummed thinking no one would come out. I remembered seeing some positive posts about Zacs services online so I figured I'd give it a shot. I called the numbe and Zac literally came out, assessed the issue and fixed my AC all in under one hour. He was super professional, up front about pricing (very fair pricing) and just a genuinely kind person. Extremely happy I called him. Thank you Zac!

Zac's has excellent customer service, timely responses and doesn't try to upcharge you with service you don't need. When they give you time window of when they are going to show up, they show up in that time frame and text or call you to let you know they're on the way. Highly reccomend Zac's!
I had another company come out and tell me I had to replace my AC unit. Zacs made time in their schedule, same day, to verify if it needed replacing and it did not! I was a simple part replacement. They literally saved me thousands of dollars! All the guys were friendly and honest and did a great job. I will call them for any future HVAC needs! Highly recommend.
