I purchased a home and was told by the previous owner that the roof was replaced by Zacks Roofing. The roof is less than 3 years old, but during a heavy rain, the roof started to leak, and I called Zacks to request an inspection. At first, I asked if he had record of the previous work and a warranty. He was put off by my questioning. Anyway, he had his grandson come out to inspect. Zack’s Construction and Roofing Company just finished replacing the flat roof over my back patio as well as the siding on the back of my house above the roof. The owner, Zack Owens, was very knowledgeable as well as honest. The workers arrived on time and were very hard working, staying late, (past 7 pm) each day. They were competent and replaced a large beam running along the outside of the patio roof as well. They were very thorough and did it right. I have used Zack for well over 15 years he has done 8 roofs for me and did a complete exterior rehab on one. I have never seen a more honest straight forward contractor. His work is exceptional and exact. I have found him to be knowledgeable, professional and affable . I highly recommend him for any construction or roofing need.
