After getting some new/used tires put on at a shop across the street from Zack’s and asking tire shop if they knew of a place for an alignment, they suggested Zack’s and after calling them, dropping the name of the used car shop’s rep, Zack said he could give me a decent price and to call back after the tires were put on and he’d see if he could take me. Just was ripped off. The guy was shady. Never going back. I specifically asked for price before allowing this man to touch ky car 300 difference when i just wanted an oil change. Not to be trusted. He offerd me a 40 off plus free oil change next time which makes no sense . He could just charge me less if that's what he offers. Guilty sneaky man. Never go bavk
Total rip off - come in and get cheated, lied to, and effed over. These guys are crooks.
Honest and reliable. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicle. This shop has helped keep my older vehicle on the road in a pinch. Can’t thank them enough.
