We called Zack HVAC Services when our heat pump started to malfunction. Our previous HVAC company had recently been acquired by a larger firm, and the earliest appointment available was the following week. I highly recommend Zack HVAC Services!!! The price I was quoted was very reasonable and was the price I paid at the completion of the work. The technicians arrived on time and were respectful of my home. They were very professional and installed my new system in a few short hours! I couldn't ask for a better experience!

Zack was very courteous and respectful of me and my home. I was already aware of my system issues and remedy through personal research. Zack verified the problem that a previous technician had diagnosed and fixed the problem at a significant cost reduction from that of the previous company. I will call Zach's HVAC first in the future.
I am beyond pleased with this company. We had a tricky problem and it took some time to find a company who was able to fix a drip in my humidifier.. My daughter recommended their service, based on her experience. I contacted them and right away they were able to squeeze us in and fix our leak. We are beyond thankful and will continue to get the yearly maintenance plan! Great work Zack!
