Staff is rude. Send you for testing and do not notify of results. Never clear on when to follow up. Released from practice for non compliance. When I asked office manager how we weren’t compliant she stated my daughter did not complete blood work in August, in which we did. Obviously the Dr never took the time to look at them. I visited Dr. Zack on 8/17/22. His practice was to schedule a Colonoscopy. I was to call back if I didn't hear by the end of the week. End of week 1 (Friday) I called nothing scheduled we will call you back this afternoon. End of week 2 (Fri) no call or schedule we will call you back this afternoon. End of week 3 (Fri) same thing. It was my first colonoscopy and he was very personable and did a great job I would highly recommend him thank you
Dr. Zack is one of the best doctor's I have ever had. He explains everything so well and really involves the patient in what his thought process is. I never mind waiting for him because I know he is being as thorough with his other patients as he is with me. Most doctors are barely with you and don't really explain what's going on, not with Dr. Zack. He makes it easy to understand without talking down to you and takes the time to listen and consult. I always recommend Dr. Zack, a great person and doctor.
Dr. Zack, D.O., F.A.C.G. explained the colonoscopy procedure and gave a thorough explanation of the out come. He lessened the normal apprehension of undergoing this procedure. He was very personable without being phony. The staff was professional and and made you feel at ease.
