I had an 8:10 appointment for consultation with Dr. Charkawi at his Johns Creek office. I was told to arrive at 8:00. I received a text message reminder at 7:15 that morning (I was already driving to my appointment, I wanted to ensure I wouldn’t be delayed by traffic).
