Highly Incompetent. On Feb 26th - I went to Zach's because they are the "best" in fine wines in Westchester (not). A man with 40yrs at the shop helped me pick out a VERY expensive bottle of wine as a present to a friend who had helped me greatly. Told me they could ship out of state , took $369 (including $50 for shipping) and said it would be at my friend's home in 2-3 days and I would receive shipping notification and tracking. . Highly Incompetent. On Feb 26th - I went to Zach's because they are the "best" in fine wines in Westchester. I’ve shopped at Zachys a few times, and everything was smooth until I encountered some disappointing customer service. The service was extremely slow, and I had to send multiple emails before getting a response. Moreover, the prices here are significantly higher than at other stores. If you can find the same wine at a lower price elsewhere, I highly recommend shopping elsewhere. Zachys isn’t a place I would recommend for shopping. I do not drink alcohol. I was sent on behalf of others, the workers inside were super kind and didn’t try to upsell me anything that I didn’t need.
