I started at Zach's because I didn't like how I was treated at another gym. I love that it's clean, and the staff is really nice and helpful. I highly recommend this gym as there is manly an older crowd and people who compete.
It's a good gym. They keep it clean. The staff is quiet but friendly. The patrons are a mixture from professional competitors to older folks just wanting to get in shape. There are enough machines that you rarely have to wait (most of the time you don't have people camping on the machines and talking or texting, but every once and a while it happens).
I did my rehab here for my arm replacement I have a titanium ball-and-socket joint they explained everything that help me to their best of their abilities thank you thank you for telling me I could always come back and just work out if I needed to so thank you sax you are awesome
