I have only had great service at Dr. Wolff's office. From the front to the exam room is always great. Dr. Wolff listens to what I have to say and I never feel rushed. I am very pleased with him and thank God for the referral.
Office staff incredible and Dr. Wolff compassionate and understanding and knowledgeable.
Great bed side manners, he listen, include you in your care, takes his time, no rushing and always follow up with your care. This doctor really doctor and care.
THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. The fact that I was told to wait for a referral specialist to contact me then 2 weeks later after hearing nothing, I called and then was told by Christa, It was a 2 month wait for the “review” and then it was a year out for an appointment! WOW!!! I wish someone would have said something weeks ago! living in pain for an unnecessary amount of time when i could have found someone weeks ago is Absolutely Ridiculous!!! Would NEVER recommend this office to anyone!!
Very caring Doctor and his staff as well. He listens to your concerns and addresses each one. I feel that he does understand the aches and pains you go thru and does all he can to help you. So glad Dr Wolff and his staff was referred to me.
