My annual wellness visit was easy, thorough and quick. Nurse Natya was very friendly and helped collect my vitals quickly. Dr. Spinuzzi reviewed my chart with me in detail, performed his exam and ordered the necessary labs quickly. Even though I had a pressing appointment afterwards it gave me enough time to stop at the lab and get my blood draw since I was already there. It was very convenient.
Each person I encountered at the urgent care was pleasant and kind with me especially since I was not feeling well hence my visit to urgent care. My nurse Diana was phenomenal, she was so gentle and kind. She answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable during my visit. Im thankful that she was my nurse this day. Ive been to a handful of urgent cares in my life, but this visit by far was the best.
Dr. Spinuzzi and myself had a zoom appointment scheduled for 11:20. I was on ten minutes early as requested. I waited until 11:45 returned to work. He finally left a voicemail at 11:59. No attempt to reschedule made by Dr. or staff!
