He's absolutely horrible at returning calls or texts or emails. There are families that do care for the incarcerated individuals and deserve to know things like court progress or release dates. Anything would be nice. But this office has a severe problem with communication.
His paralegal is wonderful. She does her best to answer all of my questions and responds to me as soon as she can very appreciated.
Mr. Zachary Davis does not answer phone calls. He does not return phone calls. He is not a good lawyer at all. I have called him for the past month and a half every day at least 3 to 4 times a day. I’ve left several messages and still have not received a call back
He was very professional, he actually listened to me and I got to go home on a probation violation and got reinstated and they didn't add any extra hours or any extra time to my case. I still am deferred so next July I'll be done and get get it off my record and he's gonna help me do that also, he's awesome and actually cares about his clients! I highly recommend you choosing him to be your attorney! He's the best for sure! You won't regret it, I promise!
I don't understand why someone would accept being a court appointed if they really don't want to help people. I understand about maybe being overloaded with clientele "court appointed" but there's more to it than that. People need the help. I was glad to get the one call in my daughter's 15month stay. Still waiting on results. Praying ,hoping for the best. She's written many letters-1/2 of them returned...no answers..no results. So sad & disappointing.
