Dr. Stengel and Optum are both incompetent, unprofessional and deceitful. I went in for my yearly wellness check and not one employee was pleasant to work with. The front desk lady was rude, the guy taking my blood pressure was short with me, and Dr. Stengel was the worst of them all. He barely looked up from his computer when he talked to me. I have been a patient of Dr Stengel’s at Optum for the past seven years, and am consistently impressed by the level of care I receive. Dr Stengel is always helpful, attentive, and professional. He takes the time to ask questions, listens to my concerns, reviews my prescriptions and initiates referrals when needed. I appreciate his dedication to providing quality care.
