Best dental experience of my life! I am 45 and havent seen a dentist in 15 years, so I was expecting the worst. The dental team was very patient and informative during every procedure. Of course I expected some discomfort: it is the dental office after all, but this team was so gentle and professional that I didnt mind at all. Jessica is an amazing and kind tech and Meaghan is so proficient with her instruments the discomfort is over quickly. Dr. Shelton is top notch!
This is review for Dr. Krutsinger, who is in Dr Shelton's office. She is the best! Her team is fantastic.
Worst dental experience of my life. He didn't use the correct amount of anesthetic and I had to immediately return to his office so that he could subdue it. I could barely talk and was holding my mouth in audible discomfort. My mother had to advocate for me. We were not rude or anything, but obviously concerned with the situation. Afterward he had myself and my 67 year old mother ESCORTED OUT BY SECURITY. Lol. Even this guy's colleagues and coworkers told me he is a hack after I had already figured that part out.
