My mother was a patient of Mr. Owen. Bedside manners need to be updated. Did not communicate with about pain management at the time of surgery. 25 minutes after the procedure was done and over with the numbing medication finally took effect. Did not even ask her or even payed attention to her reaction to pain. My mother Will NOT recommend or be a regular patient of this "dentist" again.
