My grandmother, Ceil Thoms, had a brief stay at Zachary Manor for rehab. There was one aid in particular that my family will forever be grateful for named Constance. She is a beautiful soul that instantly received my grandmothers love. She was so kind to my grandmother and to our family. My grandmother passed yesterday but some of her last words lead me to believe that she felt safe and cared for at Zachary Manor.
The staff took very good care of my Aunt, Audrey Moncriffe during her short stay there. She has passed away but I am grateful of the care and bedside manner I saw from the staff.
Exceptional Service for a new resident! Cant wait to see how she will progress over time.
My sweet mother was blessed to have been a patient at Zachary Manor for over 7 years. She was diagnosed with dementia 2 years before she moved in. From the laundry aides, cleaning people, dietary staff, nursing staff staff, social director right up to the director of this wonderful place, my mother was treated so well...she was loved, and until the later stages of the disease, she loved everyone there, and told them so - usually followed by a hug.
