Dr. Lovato and his entire staff are dedicated and professional. They genuinely care about your health and well being. I have degenerative disk disease. It affects my neck and lower back. The pain was debilitating. After the cervical surgery, and relatively short recovery, my life changed. The pain went from an 8 to a 1 or 2 at the most. Dr Lovato is very thorough and explains everything in detail. He’s also very nice. The staff in the back are friendly, but the ones in the front are a bit rude
Waited over two hours. And finally left. Front receptionist was really nice, other staff not so much. Paid $12 for parking. What a letdown.
