Very disappointing experience as a new patient. I waited over two hours and was never seen by anyone. No vitals were taken, no information was collected, and nobody kept me updated during the wait. I eventually left because it was clear there was no communication or organization happening. Dr. Lovato and his entire staff are dedicated and professional. They genuinely care about your health and well being. I have degenerative disk disease. It affects my neck and lower back. The pain was debilitating. After the cervical surgery, and relatively short recovery, my life changed. The pain went from an 8 to a 1 or 2 at the most. The staff in the front is very rude, wait times are over 3/4 hours just in lobby, NP Santiago has bad bed side manners, unprofessional and rushes through appointments since they are so behind and over booked. I don’t think Dr Lovato knows how his NP acts and how rude staff in front is.
Dr. Lovato was great. He did mu back surgery close to one year ago and I'm still pain free. He's also a very caring Doctor who really cares about his patients.
