The staff in the front is very rude, wait times are over 3/4 hours just in lobby, NP Santiago has bad bed side manners, unprofessional and rushes through appointments since they are so behind and over booked. I don’t think Dr Lovato knows how his NP acts and how rude staff in front is.
Dr. Lovato was great. He did mu back surgery close to one year ago and I'm still pain free. He's also a very caring Doctor who really cares about his patients.
The office personnel are pathetic idiots! I show up for an appointment this morning only to get told that they had to reschedule it. Why in the world could they not have sent me a text or email or call me! I spent a half hour driving there wasting my time and gas. The office manager wasn't even apologetic. She needs to be fired!
Dr. Lovato is friendly and truthful. He diagnosed the problem, had me go to physical therapy before surgery. He answered my questions and told me what to expect.
