He was excellent and I would highly recommend him to anyone reading this. We are out of state and were helping our daughter look for her first home. We found Zachary by chance and he was incredibly responsive to every request! We had a tiny budget, and a lot of requirements. We had a great experience with Zachary. We took our time (over 12 months) in hour home search and selection, and Zachary was vary patient, sending regular home search updates with updated parameters that fit our needs/wants. When we found a house, he was very prompt in getting a viewing, and was very knowledgeable during the negotiation process. Highly recommend Zachary for a realtor!
