I saw Dr. Zachary Segal for an emergency visit. His staff was attentive and caring. When I saw Dr. Segal he spent time doing a thorough exam and explained the issue I was having and what was causing it. I was incredibly pleased with Dr. Segal's professionalism and happy that he spent ample time answering my questions. I highly recommend Dr .Zachary Segal and Med Eye Associates.

My experience with Dr. Segal at his office on Sunset was extremely unpleasant. During a two hour waiting period I was asked to fill out papers, seen by the technician and had my eyes dilated. During that time the waiting rooms (there are 3) were so crowded that folding chairs had to be brought out and there still was not enough room for everyone to sit down.
