My experience is, I wouldn’t use this doctor because they don’t call in their prescriptions for days and days and days. Everyone brags how this person is so loving, but it doesn’t seem like he cares at all. You can’t get anyone to answer the phones multiple complaints from Kroger‘s and other pharmacist I’d find another doctor if you’re reading this.
Stay away! Absolutely the worst doctor and worst healthcare experience I have ever had. Poor care. Poor communication. No accountability or follow-up. I went to Dr. Hillman for a follow-up examination after a visit to the McLaren Emergency Room for a serious cardiac condition. He took some labs and told me he would put in a Cardiology referral. I see Dr Hillman for my annual physical exam and if needed throughout the year. He always is friendly and knowledgeable and does a thorough history and physical. His staff are great as well. He was running short staffed early in 2024 due to a cyber attack which controlled his payors, as it did for many providers of Medicare and other insurances. This was of no fault of his own. Not a good dr not a good place to go to, very poor on communication skills and very poor on diagnosis. Some need to learn how to answer a phone call to not take forever to get back to you on a message, what if it was an absolute emergency and you needed this dr to talk to. oh wait they dont know how too answer the phone. this dr office ain't helpful at all.
