I went to Zach for some serious back problems (herniated disc) that was keeping me from staying active. He's been a huge help! I'm feeling way better now and more or less back to my regular fitness routine. Zach is super knowledgeable and really cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen to your issues and comes up with a treatment plan that works for you. His adjustments are on point and he also gives some good advice on how to avoid future injuries.
