Dr. Hardly makes me feel comfortable and cared about. He’s easy to talk with. When discussing my hand surgery I felt so at ease. He’s sharp!! He’s relaxed, no uptight doctor bs. Super happy with him. I highly recommend Dr. Hadley.
I really like Dr. Hadley; however, it's frustrating that the office seems to triple book appointments. My appointment was just to review my MRI. I was 30 minutes early for my appointment (so I got there shortly after the staff came back from lunch) and I explained that my daughter was waiting for me to pick her up. I didn't get into an exam room until 45 minutes after my appointment time, then waited another 15 to 20 minutes to be seen. My appointment only lasted about 5 minutes.
