Dr. Botone has taken care of myself, husband, son and daughter for many, many years. He is thorough, compassionate, and really gets to know his patients. If you’re looking for an excellent PCP, look no further. He goes above and beyond the call. His medical assistant, Robin is amazing as well. I will continue to see Dr. Botone as I don’t trust anyone else with my family’s health.
My experience this morning was consistent with reviews I had read. Really fortunate to have found a provider like Dr. Botone in the Cypress Waters community. He took his time to walk through my medical history and explain how to interpret results from lab work. Office staff at check-in and check-out was very pleasant as well. Clinic is a pretty new space with a lot of specialists located right there, making it really convenient if any referrals are needed.
Dr. Botone has been my PCP for 14+ years. I followed him from his previous location and I will be his patient as long as he is in DFW. He is kind, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to listen to my health concerns. He also helped me through a really difficult period in my life when I was experiencing severe postpartum anxiety. He explained what was going on with me physically and assured me that it would pass, and it did!
I followed Dr. Botone from Baylor Scott & White. I told him "we are growing old together." Very personable and the most detailed doctor I've ever had.
I’m so pleased that I finally found a doctor who listens and explains everything. I can’t tell you how I felt after visiting Dr. Botone today because he is a doctor who runs tests before writing a prescription; I know there will come a time when I need medication, but his first reaction was to get the test results, and then make sound decisions.
