Extremely sad I am having to write this post, I thought the staff and Dr Vance were extremely kind however - now I'm stuck with a $2,000 bill and their oh well attitude because they didn't check my insurance leaves a terrible lack of empathy feeling. This wasn't anything I needed right away but was coerced into doing and paid my part up front just to be offered a 5% discount and an "let me know if you have any other questions" - I don't understand how dentists do this to people ethically or legally.
I had a filling break while my dentist was out of town. They worked me in next day and ended up fixing the filling while I was there. Super nice team all the way around.
I cannot say enough about this place. Incredible administrative staff/assistants AND incredible Dr. I had terrible tooth pain from a broken filling in addition to messed up fillings from a different dental practice. Dr Zac performed an exam and corrected my past fillings, AND filled my hurt tooth in one appointment. He did not rush... He too his time and gave me all, and more of the information that I needed. Wonderful, wonderful place. Grateful I found Dr Zac!
Dr. Vance and his staff are very friendly and professional. My experience was the best I ever had in a dentist office! I highly recommend them!
I hate the dentist. I have never done well with going. Mr.Harris was great before as well and I have loved the change to Mr.Vance. He’s super kind , patient and understanding and his dental hygienist are equally amazing as well!!!
