I walked up to the front desk yesterday afternoon to ask questions about a physical screening and other health related questions around 3 pm yesterday. There were three sailors working at the front desk that day and I was speaking to one young lady sailor who was extremely unprofessional!! I was asking her about some medical questions and getting an appointment in, and she starts asking me out loud naming all kind of diseases and STDs loudly in the medical center!! If you are forced to receive care here, I feel sorry for you. The most subpar service I've ever experienced.
Gotta be the worst run clinic in the entire Navy
Every time I come here, I somehow leave more confused than I came in. At operational medicine, no one at those front desks know what's going on, or how to do their jobs. Almost every question I have asked was answered with an "I dont know" or a blank stare. They have screwed up my screening and orders multiple times. Sub par corpsman, sub par service. As expected from navy medicine.
This was the best medical service I have experienced since being in the Navy. From Dental, to immunization the staff here made a 7 hour drive worth it! Thank you and keep up the amazing work!
