Called to inquire about making an appointment and they were arrogant and rude over the phone. A bit more professionalism and courtesy would go a long way.

I feel compelled to chime in because no one deserves a 2.7 rating, Dr. Cooper's current rating. I never post, except this: I do not choose my Doctors by what Google users, usually disgruntled, post. By what method of comparison is Dr. Cooper being held up to? A visit to their last Dermatologist? That picture, with the cartoon figure flipping off who knows who, yeah, you seem legit. Wacky world man.
They are shady and rude. Would not recommend.
