Dr Zachariah is phenomenal! Have been seeing her since 2020. She is kind, compassionate, very thorough. Best Dr I’ve ever had!
First appt, new patient. Showed up 16min early. Ask to show up 15min before appt by phone on Friday for Monday appt. Told to fill out 12 pages paper work. Receptionist said it takes 45min to fill out, however, if I don't fill it out in 15min, they will reschedule me. I drove 56 miles each way for 8am appt that I showed up at 7:44am. They rescheduled me for 2 more months out with different doctor at different location. I waited 3 months for this appointment. Called office Mgr to complain. I have been seeing Dr. Zachariah since 2019. I dearly love her. She is so patient and understanding with me. Very detail oriented and explains everything in a way that is not condescending. Totally listens and willing to try everything that she can to help us feel better. Her staff is kind and friendly. I hope that I I never have to change.

I had an appointment with Dr. Zachariah today at 3:00. as most doctors they ask if you can be there 15 minutes early to check in. I got to the wrong building and called them immediately and arrived at 3:02. I walked in with a cast on my left hand from knuckle surgery, that I had a week ago. The front desk receptionist was extremely cold and rude and said that I needed to reschedule.
