Kevin was our bellman and was amazing. It was down pouring when we got here and he made sure to get us to our room to keep us as dry as possible. He also gave us a full tour of the room.
I can not understand where all these good reviews come from. There is literally no real service here. The button for the restaurants on their phones don't work, after getting through to the front desk the forward you to the restaurant and they don't pick up the phone. After trying every single option they tell you to use from qr codes to their website, but they have 15 QR codes in the room and they all lead to open table or the SPA.
