Response time was good, but work is sub par. Replaced a main cutoff valve. The zone box was placed 1foot under ground for water and debris to run into it. And the cut off handle was against the box so we couldn’t turn it. Had a reducer valve installed and was left at the factory setting 50psi. Another plumber brought this to light while doing major work at our home. Very over priced!
I must say that I am very disappointed in both the level of quality this company provided and the way they stand behind their work. We had some work done at our church five months ago and I have had them back twice to make repairs on the same issues, once to finish the job properly and again when a pump they installed failed 5 months later. We were not charged for the call back to complete the job but we were charged quite handsomely for the replacement of the failed pump. Not happy!
Wouldn’t work for this guy at all… treats employees like dirt, overcharges customers and does shoddy work. A con man at best.
I wouldn’t trust this guy to change a faucet…. Very shady and overcharges for typical installations which usually take less than an hour . Also tried to bill me for mistakes his helpers made.
