Ended up trying new coffee places both from carts/trailers while visiting the area! Zaca Coffee Trailer is a cute little trailer that's tucked in a parking lot in the Santa Barbara arts district. When we went, there was no actual parking in the lot itself as I think they leave it open for seating and other businesses which is smart since it's not a huge lot anyway. This coffee is absolutely top notch heat fire, bruhhhhh.
Really loved this place! One of the highlights of my time in Santa Barbara was coming here in the mornings for a coffee. The flat white was incredible and one of the closest I’ve had to the ones in Australia. Iced honeysuckle latte was also really nice and not too sweet. Turkey bacon empanada was delicious. Super friendly staff and really chill atmosphere.
