I'm all for supporting small business but this here was the WORST of the WORST. The crew is very unprofessional, I booked my appointment for them to come in at 11 but they didn't show up till 2 in the afternoon. No phone call to inform me their running late, absolutely no courtesy. The owner was very rude, when i asked what took so long. Her response: "we had other clients we had to finish up with, are you going to let us clean or not because we can leave."
