Don’t believe the hours on google or Apple Maps. Both say they close at 10:30 PM on Friday. I was in line to order at 9:15. They accepted the order of the people in front of me, then turned off the tvs when I approached the counter and said they were closed for the night. That’s bad business to not adhere to your posted hours. Disappointed.

Service was horrible. Not a single person spoke of helped. Just a sign to use the kiosk (which asked for a tip... lol yeah no). The hand roll I got was good enough. Don't like the lack of customer service. Really disappointing.

Went on a Thursday around 2 pm for the first time. I ordered a single hand roll and was expecting the guy at the hand roll counter to call out my order when it was ready. I wait and wait and wait and the lady at the ramen counter calls out what kind of sounded like my name but sounded more like “Diane.” I assumed it wasn’t my order as I didn’t order ramen and was expecting the guy behind the handroll bar to call me. Never misses. This ramen is by far one of the most flavor packed ramen we have ever tried. The spicy miso is our favorite. Staff has fantastic customer service who will answer any questions and quickly assist.
