Culture Cutz Jose works out of this location. Saw they were cutting hair at 7pm last night. Made my appointment for 2pm and was asked to reschedule to 515pm over text. Was ghosted after showing up early and waiting for 20 minutes in case barber was on the way. Needs better communication as I’m new in town and have no idea how they operate. Now I know.
