Absolutely loved this store. Found it via instagram and it did not disappoint. I'm so glad I got a chance to stop in while visiting from Arizona. Had a great selection of gold and silver charms. Love the cute earrings and the concept of interchangeable charms for them and stacking. Genius. Great and helpful staff as well. Super patient while I figured out the charms and lay out of my necklace. Only thing I was looking for that may be an improvement (biased) are some more baseball, baseball mom options.

I am so grateful for the team at Zaana jewelry. I needed some custom jewelry in a pinch and not only did they engrave the 3 beautiful pieces in just the way I wanted, but they dropped them off at my office down the road so I could catch my flight! Absolutely incredible customer service. They were so kind and helpful and did a beautiful job.

Stopped in with a friend and ended up here for over an hour and had soo much fun with the girl working as she helped us piece together the cutest necklaces for ourselves and our daughters. We walked out feeling soo refreshed. It was the perfect girl time I didn’t know I needed.

The product tarnished shortly after purchase. An employee assured me it was hypoallergenic but I developed a rash all over my wrist after wearing it. The quality was disappointing for the price. Additionally, the customer experience was not great. The owners were often using seats intended for paying customers while assembling jewelry, which made the environment feel unwelcoming and unprofessional. Overall, it was a strange experience, and I would not recommend it. I really wanted to like this place.
