Stopped in with a friend and ended up here for over an hour and had soo much fun with the girl working as she helped us piece together the cutest necklaces for ourselves and our daughters. We walked out feeling soo refreshed. It was the perfect girl time I didn’t know I needed.
The product tarnished shortly after purchase. An employee assured me it was hypoallergenic but I developed a rash all over my wrist after wearing it. The quality was disappointing for the price. Additionally, the customer experience was not great. The owners were often using seats intended for paying customers while assembling jewelry, which made the environment feel unwelcoming and unprofessional. Overall, it was a strange experience, and I would not recommend it. I really wanted to like this place.
I adore Zaana jewelry. We just happened upon a popup they did at Jessakae forever ago and now they are a favorite. I love the flat back studs they have. My sister loves the hoops and charms. We came for a cake decorating event here recently which was so fun! This location was really cute. I have nothing but great things to say about Zaana.
I have sensitive skin specifically when it comes to jewelry so it’s really amazing being able to wear their earrings while I workout or sleep and or shower, and I don’t have any issues. Their new location is something you’ll want to be dressed nice for because the vibe is grand and you’ll be able to take the cutest royalty like selfies.
