Barber did not follow explicit request for hair length for a fade. Despite giving clear requests twice, the barber did a skin fade, which is the opposite of what I wanted. I give it two stars and not one because it was still a decent haircut.
I had my first haircut here today after going to the same barber for many years, so I was honestly pretty nervous about trying someone new. I ended up going with the barber in the middle, and he made the whole experience really comfortable. He took his time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and kept checking to make sure everything looked right. He was patient, understanding, and never made me feel rushed.
