The technician and sidekick that came out to look at our hvac system was very unprofessional! We were trying to get an idea on what exactly was wrong with the hvac system on a house we were buying and after coming out and making complaints on the quality of the general inspector for the house itself, proceeded to tell us that the house would need to have the entire ductwork replaced and new ac/furnace units placed.
